A Practical Guide to Holistic Health

Written in 1978 by Swami Rama, the founder of the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science holistic health education and Philosophy, this book acts as a blueprint for a holistic (the study of the entire being) approach to health. Swami Ramas education ranged from monkhood in the Himalayas to studies in both Japan holistic health education and Europe as a young man, holistic health education and his intention is to bridge the gap between ancient Eastern teachings holistic health education and modern scientific approaches.
